This booklet highlights the objective of rain water harvesting towards water security planning. It mentions different methods of water conservation, ground water recharge such as farm ponds, pond renovation, check dam, etc. The booklet also summarises the role & responsibilities of CSO & PRI members to include these priorities in annual panchayat plans (GPDP) ,and utilize the available funds from the different line departments.
